Whilst we endeavor to provide all relevant and accurate information, errors may occur. If we discover an error we will make contact with you as soon as possible to discuss and resolve.
All orders are subject to availability. If an order received cannot be filled, we will issue a refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our website has been designed to provide you with as much information as possible on all our products, to help you make the right selection please use this information and select carefully. Unless otherwise agreed by us at our discretion, all products are sold on a no return for credit basis, unless the products are received in a damaged state; or incorrect products are supplied to you; or the products are faulty.
If the product delivered to you is not what you ordered, or is not as described, or the product delivered is not of satisfactory quality, we will at our option, deliver to you a replacement product or refund to you the price paid.
Claims for credit must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of collection of the products by you by emailing kvcherries@bigpond.com
